By accessing MightyZoo.gg (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site is an unofficial fan resource: a database of game information, tier lists and guides created and curated by us. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the game publishers or developers whose games are covered.

All game titles, characters, artwork, logos and related trademarks shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners. They are used here for identification, commentary and informational purposes only. The Site's own original content — its texts, tier rankings, curation, layout and code — is our property and may not be copied at scale or republished without permission. Short quotations with a link to the source are welcome.

4. Rights-holder requests (takedown)

If you are a rights holder and believe material on the Site infringes your rights, contact us at legal@mightyzoo.gg with a link to the material and proof of ownership — we will review and, where justified, remove it promptly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt or overload the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, or use automated tools to scrape its content at a scale that degrades the service for others.

6. No warranty

Game data changes frequently. Content is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind — we do not guarantee that rankings, statistics or guides are accurate, complete or up to date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or from reliance on its content.

8. Third-party links and advertising

The Site may contain links to external websites and may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites or advertisers.

The Site may also display sponsored promotions that we serve ourselves (for example, a game-launch campaign shown as a banner or as the page’s background artwork). Such placements are paid advertisements for the advertiser’s product, are not an endorsement by us, and never change our editorial content — rankings, tier lists and guides are not altered in exchange for advertising.
